Description

Datadog monitoring stack for Kubernetes. Deploys the standalone Datadog Operator and a DatadogAgent custom resource for metrics, logs, APM, and optional network/process monitoring. Only the API key is required — all features have sensible defaults. Uses the Datadog Operator pattern with a DatadogAgent custom resource.

Configuration Inputs

This blueprint accepts 9 configurable inputs to customize the installation for your environment.

Datadog API key.

useAppKeyboolean

Provide a Datadog application key. Required when using the external metrics server.

Datadog application key.

sitestring

Datadog intake site. Common values: datadoghq.com (US1), us3.datadoghq.com (US3), us5.datadoghq.com (US5), datadoghq.eu (EU1), ap1.datadoghq.com (AP1), ddog-gov.com (US1-FED).

logsEnabledboolean

Collect logs from all containers.

apmEnabledboolean

Enable APM trace collection and admission controller.

npmEnabledboolean

Enable Cloud Network Monitoring (requires eBPF support).

processEnabledboolean

Enable live process monitoring.

securityEnabledboolean

Enable Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Security (CWS).
