Installation dependencies let an installation wait for a service to be ready before installing for the first time, so services come up in order. Declare them on an installation or in a blueprint, targeting a specific installation or any ready installation of a service. Unlike release dependencies, which travel with a release to enforce version ranges across upgrades, installation dependencies only gate the initial install and never hold up later upgrades or config changes.
